Crash in SDL_SetVideoMode (in SDL_FillRect) on guest bootup

Description

My guest VM (Foresight Linux 2) crashed yesterday. When I tried to boot it up today, it repeatedly crashed at the same point, as shown in the attached Apple crash log.

Workaround: start the VM in fullscreen mode.
